How long will it take to get my items?
Current processing time is 2-5 business days to fulfill orders, excluding federal holidays. After your order is fulfilled and shipped, we'll send you a notification with a tracking number for an estimate of shipping time.
Personalized dog tags and face masks have a processing time of 3-5 business days and will be shipped separately.
What is your cancellation policy?
We can accept cancellations only on unfulfilled orders within 24 hours of the purchase. If an order has already been fulfilled, we unfortunately cannot cancel or edit the order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Since most items are handmade and/or made to order, we do not offer returns. However, If you don't love your item, we would love to help you exchange it for another item. Sale items, personalized/custom products, and treats are non-exchangeable.
Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your items. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including cost to send items back and cost to ship new item. Item(s) must be in the same condition you received it with any tags and no signs of use. Please include your original packing slip or name and order # with the exchange.

Why doesn't my item look identical to the photo?
Since a lot of items are handmade by us or our small maker vendors, there can be variances of pattern, placement, and/or design for each item depending on the cut of the fabric. Each item is unique!
Why is the sizing different for the same type of items?
We source a lot of our products from multiple makers and businesses so sizing will be different based on the maker. A size large bandana from one company can be different from a size large bandana from another company. Be sure to check the product description for measurements of each product. If you're still unsure, feel free to send us a message anytime!
Where is my package?
If you seem to be missing your package, contact the carrier service and see if they can assist. Sometimes, carriers mark packages delivered but they are not actually delivered until the next business day. Also check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address. We're not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages.
What size are Darwin and Archie (my fluffy pets aka my models) for reference?
Darwin is an Alaskan Eskimo and Husky mix and weighs approximately 40lbs. He generally wears what would be a size large in bandanas. Archie is a snowshoe mix and weighs approximately 14lbs.
