Processing and Shipping
We try our best to fulfill orders within 2-3 days, excluding Sundays and federal holidays.
Personalized dog tags have a processing time of 3-5 business days and will be shipped separately.
If you seem to be missing your package, contact the carrier service and see if they can assist. Sometimes, carriers mark packages delivered but they are not actually delivered until the next business day. We're not responsible for missing/lost/stolen packages.
We can accept cancellations only on unfulfilled orders within 24 hours of the purchase. If an order has already been fulfilled, we unfortunately cannot cancel or edit the order.
Returns For Store Credit
If you don't love your item, we would love to let you get something you do. Returns in the form of store credit are accepted within 7 days of receiving your items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) must be in the same condition you received it with tags and no signs of use. The amount of your returned item, minus shipping, will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit within 5-7 days after we've received your return. Please include your original packing slip or name and order # with the return.
